About Our Co.

Montana Bison and Leather offers 100% hand-stitched, high-quality leather goods designed to be both durable and stylish. Our collection includes tote bags, purses, wallets, briefcases, map bags, and journals, crafted from a variety of leathers such as bison, elk, deer, moose, cowhide, and select exotics. Colors range from classic natural tones—black and brown—to bold hues like yellow, red, and pink, with styles spanning historical, traditional, and contemporary designs.

Every piece is proudly made in Montana using locally sourced materials whenever possible. As a one-person workshop, production is intentionally limited, ensuring each item is unique—you’re unlikely to find another exactly like yours.

Our craftsmanship has been recognized across the state, including selection by jury for the 2023 Charles Russell Museum Spring Auction. Our products are also featured in museum gift shops, including the Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana History, the Charles Russell Museum, the Montana Historical Society Museum, and shops throughout the Glacier National Park region. They are also popular items at nonprofit fundraising events.
